  • Our esteemed client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager Joinery & Interior Design who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of joinery and interior design projects
  • This role involves leading a team, ensuring design accuracy, coordinating with various stakeholders, and upholding quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of joinery and interior design professionals.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout project life cycles.
  • Review and ensure the correctness and completeness of joinery and Interior Design designs.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop innovative and functional solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align technical requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of joinery and Interior Design elements into overall project plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in joinery and interior design, with a strong technical background.
  • Project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
