Position Details
- Supply Chain Trainee
- Liaise between the retail stores & suppliers
- Supplier Delivery Follow up as against the Purchase Orders that will need to be raised on day to day basis
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with commercial team and buying team to optimize assortment
- Customer centric mindset to drive improvements in Inventory Optimization
- Store to Store Transfer of Stocks based on replenishment planning
- Review Order Acknowledgment, price changes and analyze impact
- Highlight non conformities of product, documentation of service, claims, invoicing issues & PO Credits.
- Support Demand & Supply Planning Team for all process improvements
- Support Internal & External stakeholders for plan v/s actuals tracking POs
- Coordination with warehouse teams in the region for timely deliveries of supplies as per PO
Requirements
- Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business management background
- English speaker
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Extremely good organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Innovation mindset
