Position Details
- Social Media Executive
- Our Social Media Executive is responsible for implementing social media marketing for the brands.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the development of the yearly digital marketing strategy; agree on action plans, and initiatives and finalize the yearly campaigns calendar (in line with the Global calendar)
- Create effective social media content (copy and visual content) following the market’s latest trends that are relevant to the brand s marketing activities.
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the brand image.
- Interact with customers via the brand s social media accounts.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media content performance, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign s performance against the KPIs.
- Measure and report the performance of all social media content, analyze data to optimize the digital strategy, identify opportunities and conduct tests across all channels.
- Monitor the brand s online reputation & awareness through social listening tools.
Requirements
- A University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field/ Master s degree in Digital Marketing is a plus
- Collaborative mentality
- Copywriting skills in Arabic and English Arabic speaking is essential.
- Strong background in social media content creation is essential.
- Experience in using social media management tools such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
- Knowing key beauty trends and understanding the social media landscape
