Position Details

  • Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement the processes needed for running effective operations, work with other departments to gather crucial data, and coordinate supply chain activities with corporate objectives
  • Logistics and Distribution: Plan and coordinate all transportation-related tasks, such as delivery on time, reverse logistics, and first mile logistics
  • Streamline LMD operations and delivery networks
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Regularly analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and supply chain risks
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of warehouse, and delivery associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the Last Mile Delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (eg. Certified Supply Chain Professional -CSCP) are a plus
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools (Last Mile Management Tools specifically)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Good command on analytical and business software (Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP etc.
