As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of Food & Beverage and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions
The Cluster Sales Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business
Specifically, a Cluster Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards
Implements Cluster F&B sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan
Manages the corporate Cluster F&B sales activities of the Local Arabic Accounts and International Accor Key Accounts
Manages Cluster F&B sales calls, offers follow up and commercial relationships
Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to drive sales growth within the Food & Beverage department
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential customers and promote food and beverage products/services
To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Have regular communication, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing timely solutions
As a Cluster Food and beverage sales executives should have a deep understanding of the company's products and services
Should promote and showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the food and beverage offerings to potential customers
Should conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
To develop effective sales strategies and adapting to changing market conditions
To negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure business contracts
To handle contract management, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of products or services
To maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales transactions, and revenue generated
To analyze sales data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions
Often collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape marketing campaigns and product development strategies
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network of contacts and generate leads
Attend events to allows the clients to stay updated on industry trends and forge partnerships with key stakeholders
Work closely with the Cluster Food & Beverage Manager to drive the revenue growth for the Restaurants and meeting rooms
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales position, preferably at 4 or 5 stars hotel
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
