As a Utility Porter & Floor Assistant, you will be carrying out any assigned daily tasks assisting the housekeeping operation on each guest room floor with supplies, tools or other requirements ensuring the efficiency of cleaning and maintaining guest rooms
You will be the point of contact for the resort customer requests by providing an exemplary guest experience
Ensure to provide all customers with efficient and prompt service through instant anticipation of customer needs and requests
Requirements
Ideally, we would love if you have previous experience in a similar role in Housekeeping. You need to have good command of English, basic administrative and organization skills.
