Position Details
- Respiratory Therapist
- To provide patient care, assist and/or perform respiratory care services and basic cardiopulmonary diagnostic test procedures and basic polysomnography studies for neonatal, pediatric and adult patients in accordance to the clinical objectives established by the ordering or attending physicians, the Cardiology Consultants, the Pulmonary Consultants, Intensivists, other Specialty Medical Consultants, the CPD Director and Medical Director and following the AHD / CPD Clinical Policy and Procedures, the Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA), the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Thoracic Society (ATS), the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) and the American Association of Sleep Medicine (AASM) clinical practices and guidelines. To provide a holistic and compassionate patient care and perform a safe, quality, and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services and basic cardiopulmonary diagnostic tests as clinically indicated and as prescribed by physicians in order to achieve efficacious, accurate and quality results. To respect, observe and maintain patient s rights and confidentiality during patient care.
