Position Details

  • The Project Accountant position, reporting to the lead project accountant, will be responsible for various aspects of management accounting including client invoicing, month end accounting, project close out and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Regular monitoring and reporting of Account Receivable and Unbilled
  • Timekeeping process support to ensure timely invoicing
  • Monthly project accounting in management accounting system in adherence to strict processes and deadlines
  • Cost management and analysis
  • Project commercial close out support

Requirements

  • Prior management accounting experience involving forecasting, month end deliverables, variance analysis and regular communication to finance management
  • With minimum of 5 years experience in the same position
  • Good self-management and organizational skills
