Position Details
- Operations Manager, Spa
- As an Operations Manager for Spa you will primarily be focused the training of all service protocols to all service providers, ensuring an international 5-star guest and colleague experience
- You will build and nurture relationships with your team to ensure they provide an engaging, intuitive and refined service to our residents and guests
- Part of the Operations Manager responsibility is to maximize revenue generation and bottom line performance via efficient utilization of resources whilst maintaining the highest levels of service delivery and hygiene
- This role also oversees spa operations and acts as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Wellness Director
Requirements
- You must act as an ambassador for the resort, displaying a great sense of style and integrity and conveying to the guest a sense of knowledge and assurance
- You will have immaculate personal presentation and be passionate about developing the team
- In addition, you will be able to maintain excellent working relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers and have strong interpersonal skills, very clear and concise communication skills, administrative and leadership abilities
- You will have the ability to live and breathe our culture of being intuitive, engaging and refined

- You will demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible
- Ideally, we d love you to have a bachelor s degree in Physical Therapy or other relevant discipline and 5 years experience as a therapist in a luxury spa environment with a minimum of 2 years experience as in a managerial capacity
- Cibtac, Cidesco or international qualification is highly regarded as is specialist practitioner skillsets in other modalities
- You must be prepared to also perform treatments and services from time to time and handle high-profile guests
