Responsibilities
- Fast TraX is a cross franchise program. It is a premier mid career development program, which gives candidates exposure to different businesses across the franchise, with a view to groom future leaders.
- Program Objectives:
- Provide accelerated learning and career franchise expertise.
- Provide cross franchise and cross business exposure to candidates.
- Develop top talent for the future.
- Program Construct:
- 2 x 1 year rotation assignments Each rotation in a separate business, to provide breadth of franchise experience.
- Rotations reviewed and signed off by steering committee. Risk exposure embedded in rotations.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
