Responsibilities

  • Provides job design including well plans and proposals, well support, and post job analysis to customers in designated area
  • Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base
  • Provides technical support on location and/or customer’s office as required by the customer or PSL
  • Consults with customers to determine their specific needs
  • Offers advice on equipment capabilities and advises field personnel on technical complexity of job; develops solutions to technical problems as required
  • Develops new ideas, concepts, and applications for Company products and services
  • Assignments require sufficient professional experience to assure competence as a fully trained professional
  • Must be able to work independently

Requirements

  • This is the lead position responsible for job design and overall performance
  • Functions as a communications link between customer and the Solutions Team; consults with PSL regarding equipment needs and specifications
  • Typical requirements include a degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • Typical incumbents have a minimum of 4 years experience, with average experience ranging from 7-10 years
