Position Details
- We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team
- You will have a passion for sales and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers
Responsibilities
- you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects
- It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs
- Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Engineering or an MBAPrevious experience in either retail or salesCurrently living in Abu Dhabi, or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi from within the UAESuperior verbal and written English communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilitiesSpeaking other languages such as Hindi, Urdu, and/or Malayalam is an advantageStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- CRM systems experience is a plus
- An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitudeA proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goalsA willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
