The Graduate Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in pre-contract project delivery supporting Civil & Infrastructure projects following predictive project management methodologies and be trained to carry out the tasks
Responsibilities
Day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers in the delivery of projects
Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission proceduresCoordinate and collaborate with the Engineering Team
Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts and status reports
Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams
Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
Defining the program governance (controls)Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
Managing the programs budgetManaging risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
Managing and utilizing resources across projects
Managing stakeholders communication
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the programs outcome with the aid of the business change manager
Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document
Requirements
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management from an accredited University
Must have graduated within the last 12 months or graduating no later than Sept 2023
Successful applicants must have a minimum 3
4 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
Must be available to start by October 2023
If you hold a Masters Degree, you must have started it within 12 months of completing the Bachelors Degree in order to have continuous education
