Position Details
- To maintain all Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC equipment in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs & preventive maintenance
Responsibilities
- Check and ensure all the plant areas are working as per set specification on their shift Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
Requirements
- Reasonably high level of knowledge and skill in hotel repairs and maintenance
- Ability to repair and maintain electrical, a/c air handling units, PLC, BMS
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment
