Position Details

- You will play a vital role in assisting the Head of Procurement and Finance (HOPF) in the execution of global procurement and operations’ finance activities. You will collaborate closely with the procurement team and finance department to contribute to the achievement of strategic goals, digitalization initiatives, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Finance teams in their digitalization journey
- Assist in the development and management of short , mid , and long term strategies, goals, and objectives for Procurement and Finance functions.
- Identify and evaluate cost saving, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement opportunities across procurement and finance activities.
- Contribute to strategic decision making by providing financial modeling and analysis, including ad hoc analysis and post mortem evaluation of capital expenditure investments.
- Support in refining the budgeting process, including the development of department specific budgets and ongoing variance reporting and analysis.
- Assist in developing benchmarks and scorecards to drive continuous improvement across procurement and finance operations.
