Responsibilities
Understanding from Concept master plan stage to Detailed Master Plan in terms of utility corridor space proofing, ROW, coordination with wet, roads, transportation, landscape and building teams
Develop Master plan report, derive demand load calculations, tie in point requirements, Full understanding of dry utilities and infrastructure projects from Concept to IFC stage
Strong infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects Understanding of the requirements for primary substations, HV corridor, Block work distribution substations, pocket substations, feeder pillars and service turrets, MV up to 33kV, LV networks, calculations, report writing skills
Telecommunication infrastructure Network Design including ducts, manholes and knowledge of GSM tower coverage requirements
Design of Street Lighting for all type of roads, ROW, Lighting Calculations, SLDs, Load schedules, landscape lighting branch wiring etc
,Coordination with all local authorities of Middle East
Prepare Clarifications to Contractor RFIs, Review/approve any key technical submittals related to electrical works and dry utilities(if required)Work towards digitalization skills, innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects
Using leadership skills to build and nurture relationships and also creating effective working environments
Able to manage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds on geographically and culturally diverse teams
Design of electrical systems using Civil3D Experience and skills including ProjectWise, Infra works, Navisworks, BIM etc
Requirements
More than 6 years of experience in Design Only, Construction Supervision Candidates not preferred
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering
