Position Details
- To drive customers and company vehicles in a safe manner following traffic rules. Project a professional image and behave in a courteous manner with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Move customer s vehicles in/ out carefully as advised by Service Advisors.
- Organize and guide customers in the reception to park their vehicles in an appropriate area.
- Lay protective covers for seats & steering and hang mirror tags before sending the vehicles for repair.
- Interact with the customer in a courteous way while receiving and delivering the vehicles.
- Ensure the vehicles are kept clean before delivery.
- Deliver loaner/ courtesy cars to customers. Arrange to get the loaner cars agreement signed by them and forward to the concerned in-charge.
- Incase of driving company vehicle, maintain appropriate mileage and service period as per manufacturer shcedule
- Incase of heavy duty driver, drive HD vehicle to transport vehicles and passengers following traffic rules.
Requirements
- High School / O Level
- Knowledge of written & spoken English essential; any additional languages is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
- Thorough knowledge of city routes and roads essential
- A valid UAE driving license
- Pleasant personality with good grooming
- Exposure to multi-national / cultural environment
- 2 to 3 years UAE experience
