Position Details

  • As the Director of Revenue, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue streams and ensuring the financial success of our property

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to drive profitability across all revenue streams, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, SPA, and other services
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand, set pricing, and manage inventory to achieve optimal revenue results
  • Implement and maintain revenue management systems and tools to automate processes and improve accuracy
  • Monitor and adjust distribution channels, online travel agencies, and third-party partnerships to maximize visibility and revenue potential

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field will be an asset
  • 2+ years in revenue management, with a track record of achieving revenue goals and driving growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, as well as hotel property management systems
  • Excellent understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Familiarity with online distribution channels, pricing structures, and yield management principles
