- Digital Content Specialist
- Black & Grey HR is currently representing a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a Digital Content Management Executive who will be responsible for overseeing the overall functionality of the website, implementing SEO best practices, and enhancing the user experience to bolster the online presence and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the creation, editing, and updating of website content to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives user conversions.
- Lead and manage web development and design projects, ensuring that website functionality and aesthetics meet company standards.
- Ensure timely updates and modifications in line with business requirements.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and search engine ranking.
- Analyze web traffic and user behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure the website design provides a user-friendly experience across various devices and browsers, maintaining alignment with the company’s brand image.
- Collect user feedback regularly and make iterative improvements.
- Test and optimize design elements to enhance user engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields is required.
- At least 4+ years of experience in digital content management and website operations, with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in the UAE.
- Proven track record in managing high-traffic websites and creating engaging content.
- Expertise in Drupal and Sitefinity CMS platforms.
- Strong technical skills for troubleshooting and resolving web platform issues.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla.
- Good knowledge of web design principles and tools, including HTML, CSS, and Adobe Suite.
