Responsibilities
- Implement activities under close supervision Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner Create content that is relevant, adapted to the audience & to the tool Update all adopted communication tools (uploading/posting of content) Generate reports on communication tools analytics Participate in the preparation and implementation of Group events Act as the voice of employees through surveys, visits and workshops Liaise with different internal communication contributors (businesses, countries) and provide needed support Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when need
Requirements
- Previous experience in copywriting, content development, content creation, marketing
- Having HR communication experience is a plus
- Arabic and English language skills
