Position Details
- Assures the implementation of Quality Assurance/ Quality Control process for testing cementing recipes, Reviews and analyses testing results of cementing recipes
Responsibilities
- Prepares annual requirement of lab equipment, spare parts, chemical reagents, glassware and consumables for cementing laboratory
- Participates in the technical evaluation for the received technical bids of the procured items
- Ensures that all inventory records are updated and are within the min/max level
- Ensures that internal verification and preventive maintenance of equipment are performed as per schedule
- Reviews and keeps records of third-party equipment calibration
- Implements and maintains the management system and procedures for cementing laboratory
- Reviews and updates documents, records and the standard testing procedures for cementing laboratory
- Participates in the validation of new standard testing procedures of cementing fluids
- Calculates uncertainty of measurement for the tested parameters in the cementing laboratory
- Maintains confidentiality agreements, and client documents
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, relevant or equivalent degree At least 4 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control process for testing cementing recipes
