Position Details

  • Call Center Agent
  • Providing a world class student experience in all transactions, voice & non voice, inbound and outbound

Responsibilities

  • Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company s new products, services, and policies.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items.
  • Researching required information using available resources
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company s customer management policies.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.

Requirements

  • A related university undergraduate degree
  • A minimum of three years working experience
  • English is a requirement; Arabic and other foreign languages is an asset.
  • Educational industry background is a plus.
  • Dubai residents is a plus.
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Great active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environments
  • Computer literacy
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi line phone systems.
  • Customer focus and service.
  • C2 English level (EUCE) benchmark. C1 is a second option.
  • Selling/teleselling/telemarketing skills is a plus.
  • Exceptional handling skills.
  • English typing speed (50 words/minute).
  • 2 years non voice contact center experience and 1 year in voice.
  • Ability to work on shift basis and rotational days off.
