  • The Lead Talent Acquisition will craft effective talent acquisition strategies, build lasting relationships with potential candidates and secure talent in a growing competitive market. The lead will actively engage in Leadership hiring of Aster DM Healthcare and the role will assist the organization in bringing in formulating an efficient hiring strategy, thereby onboarding the right talent keeping in mind industry best practices ultimately leading to building high performance teams within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • With the aim of having right fit for the right roles, the role will work with the leadership hiring team of Aster for GCC and support in building employee first culture by hiring great leaders.
  • Collaborate with business heads across the organization. Analyze their recruitment needs and ensure that all SLAs are upheld.
  • Support the function with an emphasis on accountability, strategy formulation, departmental growth and development, and team alignments.
  • Mentor the team to maximize productivity and morale, while also driving the capability building process in collaboration with stakeholders to produce future-ready employees.
  • Create, funnel, and develop a talent pipeline for roles throughout the corporate hiring function’s talent acquisition strategy by analyzing, influencing, and driving SLAs, KPIs, and talent acquisition metrics for decision making support.
  • Set out and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, implement robust talent acquisition tactics, advertise, drive candidate onboarding, execute technical assessments, and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Develop and implement new recruiting technology while conforming to established worldwide recruitment practices.
  • Ensure the delivery of financial targets and recruitment KPI s. Execute monthly reports that outline the divisions ROI.
  • Conduct research and convert trends into innovative practices, maintain a good awareness of how innovative trends affect the business and select the most appropriate recruitment tactics that promote high-performance hiring.
  • Increase employer visibility in the market through campus connections and employer branding strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in HR Management, Psychology or a similar field.
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing and selection tools/methods.
  • Experience in the IT or Healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Advanced certification in BEI/LinkedIn or similar is preferred.
  • Having good exposure on stakeholder management
  • Knowledge on Aster Connect, its entire journey and processes.
  • Good Knowledge on healthcare industry
