- As a highly reputable and luxurious resort in Dubai, Atlantis The Palm is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Agent to join our elite VIP Services team
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests by anticipating their needs, managing their requests, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction at all times
- You will ensure that all VIP guests experience a personalized service from arrival to departure
- Maintaining the set up and cleanliness of the Royal Majlis Lounge
- You will welcome and assist all VIP guests with the following tasks: Check-in of guests, escorting of VIP guests, concierge enquired and any other requests and guest orientation of the resort
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
