Position Details

  • Administrator, Talent Acquisition
  • As an Administrator, Talent Acquisition you will support the Talent Acquisition team with the candidate hiring journey across your allocated divisions within the resort
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your stakeholders and candidates, working closely with the Managers to schedule interviews, collect documentation and ensure candidates onboard in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years administration experience in a busy office environment preferably within Human Resources or Recruitment A good understanding of the UAE visa requirements is highly advantageous, Along with some exposure to using an ATS
