Support the Regional Sales Director MEIA’s activities in the region to gather, analyse and present sales/stocks/finance results, optimize the seasonal logistic flows, while assisting the partners in the daily administration activities
Job Responsibilities
Enquiries & analysis related to shipments and inform all partners accordingly on the back order & upcoming deliveriesCo-ordinate with the shipping team in terms of the Shipping docsManage the shipment discrepancies ( Shortage and Lost pieces )Reporting to the key contacts – Distribution of important communication and materials, such as delivery updates, shipping details etcAdhoc orders if needed from the partners for uniforms
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacityResponsible and pro-active with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team (Essential)Experience of working in a multi-national environmentExperience of liaising with Middle and Senior Level Management (Preferred)
