Job Position

  • Values a broad range of asset types, predominantly commercial and land but also mutli-family residential
  • Works with high-profile, demanding, regional and international clients including investor/developers, corporate occupiers and banks

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive RFPs and prepare responses
  • Inspect properties and conduct market research
  • Liaise with clients to ensure accuracy of information received
  • Undertake valuation modelling using appropriate approaches and methods/techniques, including DCF, residual and comparable methods
  • Write valuation reports that are clear and concise

Job Requirements

  • RICS Registered Valuer essential, ADREVS valuer preferred
  • At least three years of Abu Dhabi real estate valuation experience or at least four years real estate valuation experience outside Abu Dhabi/the region
  • Proficient using of MS Word and Excel;
  • Experience using Argus Enterprise and Argus Estate Master a plus
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
