Job Position
- We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai
Job Responsibilities
- Support and implement computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and other data communication systems
- Install and configure network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Managing Incident & Service Request Level 1, providing First and second level of support
- Managing Computer hardware platforms, Helpdesk level 1 & 2 support, IT Assets (CMDB &CI) MGMT, Desktop administration task
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, including network congestion, connectivity issues, and security threats
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Must have extensive Office 365 experience, all applications, with administration exposure
- Must have experience in Cloud, Data Center Management experience, VMware experience
- Minimum 6 years in Operating Systems support, end user device troubleshooting & support
