An experienced Team Assistant is required to provide support to the IB Origination & Advisory coverage team based in Dubai and also to provide cover in supporting the FIC (Fixed Income & Currencies) business in the Middle East
Job Responsibilities
Organise complex travel schedules including visas, and liaising with local offices where appropriate whilst ensuring trips are fully approved and ticketed within set deadlines
Booking of security/transfer logistics
Complex diary management and the co-ordination of meetings and conference calls with clients
Preparation of meeting packs/reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Process expenses

Proven Banking experience and experience working within a senior management environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate at all levelsBe able to work under pressure and show acute awareness regarding the handling of sensitive informationThe ability to forge strong internal and external client relationships
