We are currently looking for experienced Service Technicians for our Electronic Security Systems Division
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Service Engineers in the day to day coordination of planned preventive maintenance and reactive call activities at site & installation works
Job Responsibilities
Support and provide technical assistance to Service Engineers on day to day activities
Attend to service calls and ensure rectification of faults with minimum down time
Execute preventive maintenance visits and ensure the system has been thoroughly checked & required repairs are done, PPM reports are prepared and take acknowledgement from the client and submit to the Director of Operations
Installation of server / storage and maintenance and troubleshooting of the same
Prepare a list of installation materials required and collect materials from logistics
Job Requirements
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, I
T
or equivalent
Should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Technician for a Security Installation, preferably 3 years in service and maintenance Comprehensive knowldge of security systems like CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm etc
Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship managementEnglish communication and writing skills
