Job Position
- Lead, Drive and facilitate the development and implementation of robust process safety program aligned with the companies HSE Management system and strategies to assure design integrity, technical integrity and operations integrity and manage process safety risk across businesses globally
Job Responsibilities
- Help ensure integration of process safety throughout the lifecycle of capital projects and assure compliance
- Provide support & advisory to business on process safety implementation, execution and action items closures ( eg tools, processes, risk assessment and acceptance, trainings, auditing, metrics, design specifications etc
- )
- Help develop key performance indicators to track the performance & status of process safety across the group
- Lead/ participate in the GHSE audits and reviews as process safety SME
- Develop recommendations and deliver periodic status report on process safety progress
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree in chemical/mechanical or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas process plants, of which 5 years at least must be in developing & implementing process safety and risk management programs including design reviewsDirect experience of 3+ years in oil & gas process plant operations and/ or technical services is highly desirableSound knowledge of international HSE codes, proven ability to develop, maintain & implement process safety standards, specifications, guidelines, practices and training & communication programs
