Job Position
- Responsible for developing and implementation of Health & Safety Management system at Transguard worksites and ensure its compliance with International Safety Standards (ISO 45001 & 14001)
- Main operations to focus on include but are not limited to: Ramp, baggage, Concourse, Passenger Handling, Hangar, Line Engineering, Cargo Operations, catering services and chauffeur drivers etc
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the Implementation of Organizational and client HSE policies/procedures in compliance to ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 any other HSE standard applicable to work side
- Responsible for the management and ongoing effectiveness of the HSE management system, safety, risk, programs, and policies
- Engaging stakeholders to ensure that these standards are embedded in daily operations
- Drive level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the business units to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE system
- Provide, specialist advice, practical support and guidance to operations team to ensure that the organization complies with statutory obligations and client HSE requirements
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of HSE experience in aviation services, integrated facilities management including cleaning, security, MEP or any other similar heavy industry
- Knowledge of the UAE HSE legislation, code of practice & municipality guidelines, airport HSE regulations
- Degree or diploma in engineering/science or equivalent or relevant field
- NEBOSH International General Certificate
- Lead / internal Auditor qualification in HSE management system (ISO 45001 / 14001)
