Responsible for all tasks pertaining to the Service Center and Room Reservations
Senior Reservations and Service Center Agent monitors the team to ensure that prompt, courteous and efficient services are provided, in accordance with Rosewood Abu Dhabi hotel standard operating procedures
Job Responsibilities
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level daily
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
Use equipment only as intended
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
Always maintain positive guest relations
Job Requirements
Minimum one year’s experience as a reservation’s or call center supervisor,preferably for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel
Education: Bachelor or College diploma
Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
