Job Position
- The Senior Manager, Programme conceptualises and develops programming for the Group’s anchor events according to thematic priorities and desired impact and is a key driver of content consulting client services in close collaboration with the Director
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure programming aligns the Group’s strategy and goals for global impact and reach; develop the Group’s events pipeline
- Manage the day to day delivery of client content consulting and programming with development/delivery with teams across the Group
- Ensure clear and constant feedback cycle with the events delivery team during both programming design and event delivery stages
- Determine timelines, budget requirements and milestones for client projects in collaboration with Events Lead
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldStrong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to present streamlined insight of complex concepts and projects to a high-level audienceAdvanced project management and organizational skills; able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective decision making and problem-solving skills in faced paced and changing environments
