Job Position
- Assumes full Responsibility for overseeing and empowering the Security Officers, ensuring their Unwavering Commitment to supervising and enforcing Security Policies and Procedures while adhering to FIVE’s meticulous guidelines and local regulations
Job Responsibilities
- Remains Vigilant and identifies suspicious packages and situations on the premises
- Maintains next-level Radio Communication with FIVE Tribe Members and Management
- Thoroughly Logs all radio equipment used to foster Seamless Record-Keeping
- Provides Supervisory Guidance and Support to FIVE Tribe Members within the Security Department
- Creates a Safe and Secure Environment for Guests and FIVE Tribe Members, whilst elevating the ‘Vibe at FIVE,’
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Security Field, with a preference for experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Possession of a valid Security Supervisor License through SIRA is mandatory
- Any additional training or certifications related to security will be considered a plus
- Utmost Confidentiality and the ability to manage Confidential Information in a discreet manner, adhering to strict privacy and data protection protocols
- Extensive knowledge of Security Protocols and Procedures, this includes a comprehensive understanding of industry best practises, threat assessment, risk management, emergency response, and incident reporting
