Supervise security and safety activities of Security staff to ensure efficient discharge of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with hotel standards, policies and procedures
Job Responsibilities
Supervise the implementation of the systems, movement control of packages, materials, and property into and out of the hotel
Act as Training Officer and Coordinator of the Department
Attend or engage to female guests on matters that require intervention of Security personnel
Responds to Emergency Calls in accordance with specified procedures and roles for members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)
Job Requirements
Preferably with hotel security or similar background and with valid Security permit card Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
