Directs and coordinates Security Personnel, ensuring Seamless Operations while delivering an exceptional Guest and FIVE Tribe Member experience
Job Responsibilities
Liaises with Government and Law Enforcement agencies, fostering Strong Relationships and coordinating efforts to maintain the highest standards of security
Organises Patrols of the property's boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, and public spaces, employing a ‘FIVE-Star’ approach to ensure a Safe Environment
Collaborates with FIVE’s Group Director of Security on critical matters, embracing the sensational Security Team's vision and adhering to local Safety Regulations and Emergency Procedures
Maintains open Communication and cultivates Remarkable Relationships across all hotel areas, embodying the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ throughout all interactions
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security Management, or a related industry
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Senior Leadership Role within the Security field, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
Possession of a valid Security Manager License through SIRA is mandatory
Any additional training or certifications related to security will be considered a plus
Utmost Confidentiality and the ability to manage Confidential Information in a discreet manner, adhering to strict privacy and data protection protocols
