Job Position

  • As Sales Manager, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners in the MEP industry
  • Your primary focus will be to lead the sales team, implement effective strategies

Job Responsibilities

  • GCC media sales – inclusive of print and digital, video, awards, and conferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the MEP Middle East client base, and maintain existing relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to create compelling sales materials and offerings

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the Middle East in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing industry in the Middle East and related markets
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
