The Residence Director will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of service, managing resident relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all residential services
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
Supervise and lead a team of dedicated staff members to deliver exceptional service
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of resident move-in, move-out, and ongoing residency processes
Maintain effective communication channels with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with residential policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury residential or hospitality industry
Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
