Job Position
- We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be part of our growth
- The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects in the F&B industry that are a clear priority for Talabat ExCo and as a result involves aligning multiple senior stakeholders across various functions across internal and external local, regional & global teams
Job Responsibilities
- Project scoping, objective setting and planning for strategic projectsChallenge the thinking stakeholders and problem solveIdentify potential roadblocks in a timely manner and mitigate them in advanceProactively identify interdependencies and reflect on project planDaily, weekly, monthly operational KPI management
- Coordinate planning and performance input from business units in close cooperation with stakeholders across the organization
Job Requirements
- A degree in project management, business management or a related field
- A strong background in operations managementStrong operational excellence and business process improvement knowledge and demonstrated experience improving operational KPI outcomes
- Should possess at least 3-5 years of project management experience
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment
- Excellent Analysis and Communication skills
