Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Project Management, leading and managing large/complex projects, developing and delivering them in terms of scope, cost, time, operability, quality and safety in line with the agreed project objectives
Supports the Principal Project Manager in the development and implementation of the Project Management framework (processes, procedures, manuals, standards, guidelines and templates), systems and tools,
Job Responsibilities
Implementation of the Functional Framework: Implement approved processes, procedures, manuals, standards, guidelines and templates on assigned projects
Development, Administration and Maintaining of Systems and Tools: Support the Principal Project Manager in the development, administration and maintaining of systems, tools, databases and libraries related to the function
Utilization of Systems and Tools: Utilize and ensure the utilization of applicable implemented functional systems and tools on assigned projects
Ensure functional databases and libraries are regularly updated with actual project data from assigned projects
Knowledge ManagementLessons Learned: Identify, review, analyze and validate lessons learned for assigned projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and nine (9) years of experience in applying the discipline skills to oil and gas projectsUnderstanding of a wide variety of the discipline's concepts, practices, and proceduresStrong leadership skills, analytical skills, and an awareness of businessProficient in office productivity tools such as the MS Office suite of products and Adobe AcrobatAdvanced English language proficiency
