Job Position

  • We are currently looking for a Pre-Contract Cost Manager to be based in the UAE Office
  • The successful candidate will show high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers of cost and value

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide cost and commercial services in the delivery of pre-contract projects
  • Manage and update project budgets Take suitable commercial meeting minutes Work closely with clients, design teams and contractors to optimize solutions
  • Attendance and communication at Client and design team meetings Excellent verbal, numerical and report writing skills

Job Requirements

  • Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying) MRICS would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience pre contract in project delivery teams
