Job Position

  • We are looking for a People Manager who is Responsible for the management, guidance and operational strategic direction for the contract, ensuring that international best practise Facilities Management and customer service are delivered as per the requirements of the Project Agreements

Job Responsibilities

  • To support the Senior Leadership in leading the development and implementation of the Serco Management System (SMS) and provide the leadership to ensure that contents ofHealth, Safety Quality & Environment and Information Security Policy Statement are known and understood by the contract staffTo comply with the organization’s QHSE policies and procedures at all times
  • Conduct regular leadership HSE tours and inspectionsEnsure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Serco non-disclosure policy

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentA recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) is preferred
  • Qualifications in Facilities Management related disciplines is desirable7 years minimum Generalist HR experience, 5 years of which is supervisory/people manager capacity
  • 5 years minimum experience of managing people within a Facilities Managemen / Customer Service in a fast paced environment
