Wood is looking to hire a People & Organisation (P&O) Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi
The People & Organisation (P&O) Manager is accountable for leading the delivery of the people agenda in their area of operational responsibility
The role is responsible for implementing the P&O strategy for their area of responsibility in support of business objectives
Job Responsibilities
Deliver the P&O strategy in their area of responsibility with the aim of bringing P&O closer to the business as trusted advisors, in support of short and long term goals, including future growth aspirationsDeliver P&O global, regional and country projectsEnsure P&O decisions are aligned with both business and functional objectivesManagement and administration of direct and indirect reports working locally and remotely, maintaining open and effective lines of communicationsProvide consultative, problem-solving support for challenging business issues and ensure expert functional support is provided to the business in a timely and cost effective manner
Job Requirements
Degree level qualification in HR or business management preferredExperience in business-focused HR roles within a dynamic organisationExperience of managing change, putting high emphasis on co-operation and business partnership across the companyGood knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworksPrevious experience of dealing with industrial and employee relations issues
