Job Responsibilities
Plan and prepares various administration tasks/reports, based on time limitations/importance and follow up where required, on information urgently required to ensure efficient timely action as per agreed time scales
Update, track and maintain all administrative records to ensure easy retrieval
Responsible for Manpower Management & Recon for All departments
Responsible for managing reports and returns to inter department and Group
Responsible to raise the VRFs and coordination with HR team for staff hiring,Responsible to raise the CRF and coordinate with HR team for staff hiring,
