The Security Operations Centre Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of consistent, compliant and effective support to the Security Operations Centre
Job Responsibilities
Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives;
Support the daily activities of the Operations Center assuring the highest levels of response times and customer service are achieved;
Ensure all records relating to Disciplinary Action and Incident reports are collated and referenced;
Oversee the work carried out by the site team ensuring that all client requirements are being met;
Conduct TBT at sites and ensure this has been carried out by the supervisor /Senior supervisor;
Job Requirements
Minimum English Language Level 4 (by Transguard Group Standards)Customer Complaint Handling
