This role is responsible for identifying and analyzing the training needs of all sales channels and developing a strategic plan to include training delivery and training programs to drive the business in alignment with global sales and business strategy
Job Responsibilities
Manage the team of training specialists across the mentioned markets and ensure consistency and quality of training implementation
Own and manage the training calendar for the mentioned markets and ensure timely implementation of programs as per EM & GSA guidelines to drive results in alignment with global sales and business objectives
Ensure that retail teams across MENA possess the skills and functional knowledge to provide premium customer service and drive business KPI’s
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training in retail/fashion/FCMG/hospitality, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory or management
Advanced MS office skills in particular PowerPoint and excel
Highly integrative with strong business mind, data focus and results orientation
