To manage Islamic Banking segment to achieve the financial & service levels targets
To liaise & provide guidance for front-line team of Relationship Managers & liaise with Regional & Branch Managers accordingly to market & serve Islamic Banking segment
Job Responsibilities
To ensure that financial objectives of business segment are met
Deliver budgeted origination of New-to-Bank (NTB) & New-to Product (NTP) customers using Relationship Managers & branch distribution channels
Develop customised propositions to meet banking needs of the employees of the individual corporate & government entities for desired segments, primarily Priority & Preferred segments
Ensure focussed communication of NBF’s Islamic Banking products & propositions to existing & potential customers
Job Requirements
