Job Position

  • Monitoring and running health checks on all reporting systems and dashboards
  • Develop and implement deployment strategies that optimize resource utilization and increase efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment processes, including accommodation arrangements

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day deployment operations
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the group (Including leadership team) during crisis management situations
  • Monitoring and running health checks on all reporting systems and dashboards
  • Develop and implement deployment strategies that optimize resource utilization and increase efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment processes, including accommodation arrangements
  • Monitor and report on deployment performance metrics with reasons for any unauthorized absences, identify trends and potential areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement training sessions for personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively within the team
  • Ensure Accurate bed space reporting by collaborating with various accommodations to update their bed space records, ensuring accurate and up to date information is always available
  • Manage the performance of the deployment team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations for key factors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to deployment and personnel management
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Provide support to other Business Units as needed
  • Manage the deployment of personnel across various business units by conducting regular training sessions for Business units highlighting and explaining the common mistakes being made in planning

Job Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and deployment management software
