Job Position
- Wood is currently inviting applications for a Lead Process Engineer with experience in oil&gas industry to be based in UAE
Job Responsibilities
- Be able to lead and supervise Process Engineering Teams in Feasibility, Conceptual Studies, Pre – FEED, FEED and EPC ProjectsBe willing to mentor and engage in the training and development of junior engineers in the teamUndertake process design work of units as required, supervise and check works of assigned engineers on the project as appropriateExecute process engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the designEnsure that detail design methods, standards and data used conform with Client’s requirements and / or those issuedBe responsible for the checking or approval of basis of design, process calculations, safety related calculations to develop the robust designReview and approve Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, PSFS, DPTDs, Equipment & Instrument specifications, Process Descriptions, cause, and Effect chart etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineeringMinimum Experience of 15+ years in Oil and Gas industryMinimum Experience of 10 years with Engineering ConsultancyFPSO / FSO experience is an added advantage
